Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Rave KreationZ is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. 

Local Delivery (Metro Vancouver)

We offer local delivery/pickup within Metro Vancouver on orders over $50 CAD. Send us a message for more information.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 CAD

Standard Shipping: $15.00 CAD (under 2 kg) / $21.90 CAD (2–30 kg)

Express Shipping: $25.00 CAD (under 2 kg)

United States

Standard International: $25.00 CAD (0.5–1.5 kg) / $35.00 CAD (1.5–30 kg)

Express International: $45.00 CAD (under 1.5 kg)

International Shipping

We ship to over 25 countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via Canada Post, DHL Express, or FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. For all other countries not listed, DHL Express and FedEx rates are available and calculated at checkout.

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier in the destination country, Rave KreationZ is not responsible for delays, losses, damages, or any other issues that occur within that country's postal or courier network. Any claims or concerns regarding delivery must be directed to the carrier.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival. Rave KreationZ is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Orders refused due to unpaid duties will not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
